2 bags Skinny Dip 0 Calorie Noodles, any shape
10 oz boneless flank steak, thinly sliced
1 small orange, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup green beans, fresh or thawed
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Drain and boil noodles for 1 minute. Drain and dab with paper towels then place in bowl. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and orange peel in a bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon over noodles.
Thaw frozen green beans or steam fresh green beans: bring 1" water to a boil. Add green beans, cover and steam 5 minutes; drain. Add sesame seeds to nonstick skillet. Cook 1 minute. Remove to a saucer.
Add oil to skillet. Add green onions, ginger and garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add green beans and cook 2 minutes; remove to a bowl. Add steak and cook 3 minutes, then add to veggie bowl. Add orange juice mix to skillet. Cook until bubbly. Stir in veggies and steak. Stir in noodles and toss to coat with sauce.
Arrange on plates, top with orange slices, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
