Yum-O Chicken Pasta PrimaveraServes 4
2 bags Skinny Dip Noodles, any shape
6 tablespoons Kraft Light Done Right Ranch 
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella 
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan 
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow zucchini, seeded & chopped
1/4 medium carrot, sliced
6 broccoli florets, cut in half
4 button mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons diced onion
2 tablespoons diet margarine
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder  
In a large nonstick skillet melt margarine. Add veggies and cook 5 minutes. Stir in ranch dressing, mozzarella, Parmesan and spices.  Stir in rinsed noodles and cook 10 minutes.  Season to taste and serve with our 0 Carb Garlic Bread.
Tip: Make life easier with a mandolin so you don't spend half an hour chopping veggies.
