1 bag Skinny Dip Fettuccini
1 cup canned petite diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter or diet margarine
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt & pepper to taste
Nancy says her mom used to make this simple dish for dinner often when their dad was out of work. They used the tomatoes her mom canned over summer. We love her story and homey recipe!
Rinse noodles and let sit. Melt butter in a nonstick saucepan. Add tomatoes and sugar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in noodles. Cook 15 minutes and serve.
