Crockpot Garlic Beef Noodle Stew January 31 2016

6 Carb Crockpot Garlic Beef Noodle StewServes 6

2 bags No Carb Skinny Dip Noodles, any shape (chop if desired)
1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 cup small broccoli florets
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz pkg light cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 cups low sodium beef bouillon
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 teaspoons grated Cheddar cheese (garnish)

Brown ground beef, drain fat and add to programmable crockpot. Add other ingredients except noodles and broccoli. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir to thoroughly mix the sauce. Add rinsed noodles and broccoli. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Ladle into bowls, garnish with Cheddar cheese and serve with Skinny Dip Noodles 0 Carb Garlic Bread.
