2 6-oz cans tuna
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
1/2 cup shredded Swiss
1/2 16-oz can peas, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2-3 teaspoons dried minced onion
pinch of dried dill
seasoned salt & pepper

Much thanks to Angel for sharing her unique tuna casserole recipe!  We added 1 tablespoon crisp bacon bits for crunch.  Preheat oven to 350 F.  Lightly grease an 8x8" baking dish.  Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/4 cup hot water.  Rinse and drain noodles. Mix ingredients and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.  Pour into the baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.  Bake 30 minutes.  Remove foil, stir and bake 15 more minutes.

Tip:  Try low fat cheese, lite mayo and sour cream to lower the fat grams.
