1 bag zero calorie Skinny Dip Noodles
1/2 cup no sugar added spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb turkey sausage 
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
garlic powder & pepper to taste
Not a low calorie lasagna!  But authentically delicious and perfect for special occasions.  Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a mini loaf pan lightly with cooking spray.  
Cook sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper & onion in a nonstick skillet.  Drain fat.  For a smoother lasagna, blend meat mixture in a Magic Bullet 15-30 second until evenly crumbly. Add to a bowl and stir in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan, Tabasco, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and olives. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder.
Prepare lasagna noodles by "dry frying".  Wipe clean meat skillet with paper towels.  Add 3 lasagna noodles until you hear a hissing sound, then flip over.  Cook a few seconds until noodles begin to shrink.  Remove to a plate.
Stir ricotta, egg white and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Season with pepper and garlic powder.
Layer 3 times as follows:
  • 1 lasagna noodle
  • 1/3 ricotta mixture
  • 1/3 meat mixture
  • 1/3 mozzarella cheese
Bake 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting in half and serving.
Tip:  To make in a slow cooker layer ingredients, cover and cook on MEDIUM for 4 hours.
