Tex-Mex Chicken Pasta Skillet with Skinny Dip NoodlesServes 4

2 bags 0 Calorie Skinny Dip Noodles, any shape
3/4 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
3/4 cup spicy salsa
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup frozen corn
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Drain and rinse noodles, let sit. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken 5 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper, corn, tomato sauce, salsa and spices. Stir in noodles and cook 15 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, then top with remaining cheese. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
