1 cup cubed smoked turkey (1 turkey leg)
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
1 green onion, sliced thin
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Spray nonstick wok
or skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat. Add turkey and stir fry until light brown, about 1 minute. Stir in veggies, oyster sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder. Stir fry 3 minutes.
Rinse and drain noodles. Dab with paper towels to dry and add to wok. Stir fry 3 minutes or until everything is hot and serve.
