1 bag 0 Carb Skinny Dip Lasagna
3 oz cooked brown & serve sausage patty, chopped
1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped (optional)
4 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Coat a large mug with cooking spray. In a dish mix ricotta and Parmesan cheese, spinach and spices. In a dish mix sausage with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce. Slice a lasagna noodle to fit mug bottom. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over noodles. Add cheese mix and half of mozzarella. Add another noodle layer. Add sausage mix. Add another noodle layer. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and the rest of the mozzarella. Microwave 3 minutes until hot.  Let cool 2 minutes before eating.
