6 Carb Fried Rice In A Mug with Skinny Dip Rice PearlsServes 1

1 bag 0 Carb Skinny Dip Rice Pearls
1/2 green onion, chopped
1/8 cup frozen peas
1/8 cup diced red bell pepper
1/8 cup mung bean sprouts
1/8 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 large egg
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon five spice powder  (Asian or spice aisle)
1/16 teaspoon onion powder

An instant lunch! Add egg to a large mug with soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices. Beat lightly. Rinse and drain rice pearls then add to mug with veggies. Stir together. Cover mug with cling wrap and poke a hole in the top. Microwave 1 minute. Remove cling wrap, stir and microwave 30 seconds. Let sit 1 minute before eating.

Tip: You can add as many veggies as you like (and your mug will hold!)
