2 bags Skinny Dip Noodles

8 oz Jimmy Dean Lean Spicy Sausage
12 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, quartered
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
garlic powder and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat 8x8" baking dish
with cooking spray. Drain, rinse and drain noodles again. Dry with paper towels, let sit.
Brown sausage and garlic in a small nonstick skillet and drain fat. Stir in pizza sauce, bell pepper, mushrooms and noodles. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Arrange pepperoni on top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let sit 5 minutes then serve. Excellent with 0 carb Skinny Dip Garlic Bread
