Cheesy Tuna Casserole For Two September 11 2012

Low Carb Tuna Casserole with Skinny Dip NoodlesServes 2
 
1 bag Skinny Dip 0 Carb Fettuccini, or any shape
1 tray Green Giant Broccoli & Cheese For One or
1 cup frozen broccoli with cheese sauce
6 oz can water packed tuna, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon McCormick Salad Toppings (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
 
Preheat oven to 325 F.  Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray or use a Misto oil sprayer.  Cook the broccoli according to directions.  Mix tuna, Parmesan and spices in the small baking dish.  Stir in broccoli and well drained noodles.  Sprinkle with breadcrumbs for crunch (if your carb plan allows it).  Bake 20 minutes and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
