2 bags Skinny Dip Noodles, any shape
12 oz boneless round steak, trimmed of all fat
1 green onion, sliced thin
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce  (Asian aisle)
2 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste

Season both sides of the steak.  Slice thinly against the grain into strips and then crosswise into cubes.  Add to a small bowl and drizzle with oil.  Toss to coat.

In a small bowl mix together hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, barbeque sauce, green onions, garlic and ginger.

Drain and rinse the noodles.  Drain again and dab with paper towels to dry.  Add to small mixing bowl and stir in sauce mix.  Let sit 15 minutes.

Heat medium nonstick skillet on high until hot.  Add steak and stir fry until cooked through and getting crispy.  Add noodles and sauce mix.  Toss to mix and cook 10 minutes.  Season and serve.
