Crockpot Pepper Steak & NoodlesServes 4

2 bags Skinny Dip Fettuccini, or any shape
1 lb flank steak, trimmed & cut into 2" strips
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 small onion, sliced
3 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons oil
1 cube beef bouillon
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
garlic powder & pepper

Add steak strips to a small mixing bowl.  Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly.  Sprinkle generously with garlic powder and pepper.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet until hot and add steak strips.  Saute steak quickly until browned and add to a small crockpot.  Add onion and bell pepper.  In a mug mix bouillon cube and water until dissolved.  Stir in soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch until smooth.  Pour into crockpot.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.  Stir in noodles 30 minutes before finished (or serve over hot pasta for family) with lots of sauce!  We love this over Skinny Dip Rice Pearls, too!
