2 bags Skinny Dip Angel Hair
1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup fresh bean sprouts
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lite soy sauce . Sauce
Juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons granulated Splenda .
Rinse noodles and place in a bowl. Mix sauce ingredients and drizzle over noodles; let sit. Heat oil in a wok
or nonstick skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onions and stir fry 1 minute. Add chicken and soy sauce. Stir fry 3 minutes and push to the side. Add egg and stir 1 minute until scrambled. Add noodles and bean sprouts. Cook 5 minutes and serve. .
