2 bags Skinny Dip 0 Calorie Rice Pearls
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
2 cups frozen Asian veggies
3 tablespoons La Choy Orange Stir Fry Sauce
(look in Asian foods aisle)
2 tablespoons cashew halves
1 tablespoon chili oil or vegetable oil
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste .
Drain rice pearls, rinse and dab with paper towels and place in a bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon stir fry sauce and pepper and toss to coat. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over high heat. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper. Stir fry until light brown. Add veggies, cashews and 2 tablespoons stir fry sauce. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir and season to taste. Stir rice into skillet and cook 1 minute or until hot. .
