1 bag Skinny Dip Macaroni
1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
2 10-oz cans condensed beef stock
1 cup canned petite diced tomatoes
1 cup Hunts No Sugar Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup canned red kidney beans (omit for lower carbs)
1 stalk celery, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste) .
Brown beef in a large saucepan and drain. Add other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Season with garlic salt before serving. .
