10 oz can tomato soup
3/4 cup water
2 slices low fat American cheese
1/4 cup croutons (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Stir together soup and water until smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted. Drain and rinse noodles, then add to soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Ladle into 2 bowls and garnish with croutons.
