2 bags Skinny Dip Macaroni
4 oz shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup half & half cream
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon diet margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon mustard
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a casserole dish with cooking spray or use a Misto. Drain and rinse macaroni. Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in flour and mustard. Cook 1 minute while stirring. Stir in cream. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in half the cheese and sour cream then cook until melted. Stir in macaroni and spoon into the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes, let sit 5 minutes and serve.
