2 bags Skinny Dip Fettuccini
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
A delicious high calorie dish for special occasions! Mix meatball ingredients and shape into 12 balls. Cook over medium high heat in a nonstick skillet until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Melt the margarine in a large saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk in
the flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the cream. Sprinkle in the cheese while stirring until smooth. Simmer on very low heat until thickened. Do not let it boil
! Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Drain and rinse the fettuccini. Stir into the saucepan. Add meatballs and mix to coat with sauce. Serve with 3 meatballs per person.
