Cream Chicken & Rice SoupServes 6
2 bags Skinny Dip Rice Pearls, or any shape
2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
10 oz can Campbells Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1/4 cup diced celery
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large saucepan combine water, broth, cornstarch, soup, celery, thyme, salt and pepper.  Cover and cook on medium low heat until hot and slightly thickened.  Drain, rinse and drain the rice pearls again.  Add to soup with chicken and spinach.  Heat 5 minutes and serve.
