Skinny Philly Cheesesteak DinnerServes 4
 
1 bag Skinny Dip Angel Hair
3/4 lb deli roast beef, cut into thin strips
3 roasted red pepper halves, diced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup beef broth or water
1 cup low fat shredded Italian cheese blend
1 tablespoon diet margarine
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 
Adding our 0 calorie noodles to the tender beef & onions makes a belly filling meal! Drain, rinse and boil noodles for 1 minute.  Drain again and dab with paper towels to dry. Chop into small pieces.  Stir roasted peppers, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt in a bowl.  Stir in noodles and let sit.
 
Melt margarine in a nonstick skillet. Cook onions until beginning to brown. Stir in noodles and broth. Simmer until liquid is gone, then add beef. and top with cheese.  Let sit 1 minute to melt or pop in the microwave for 15 seconds.  
 
Serve as a casserole, over lettuce as a hot salad or on a 0 carb Skinny Dip Protein Roll.
