Quick Bolognese FettucciniServes 4

2 bags 0 Calorie Skinny Dip Fettuccini, or any shape
12 oz bulk sausage roll
1 1/2 cups Hunts Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup chopped tomato (optional)
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup chopped celery
1/8 cup chopped carrot
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed (gives sausage it's "sausage" flavor)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Brown sausage in a heavy nonstick saucepan.  Remove sausage and leave 1 tablespoon of fat.  Add garlic, celery, carrot & onion and cook 3 minutes.  Add red wine and cook 3 minutes.  Add sausage, spaghetti sauce, beef broth, Parmesan and seasonings.  

Cover and cook 15 minutes.  Stir in cream and cook 5 minutes on low (do not boil). Rinse noodles and add to saucepan.  Stir to mix and cook until heated through and serve.
