2 bags Skinny Dip 0 Carb Rice Pearls
3/4 cup frozen peas & carrots
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 green onions, sliced thin diagonally
1 teaspoon chicken broth powder 
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
garlic powder, pepper & salt to taste
 
Drain and rinse the Rice Pearls.  Dab with paper towels to dry and place in a bowl.  Add soy sauce and sesame oil to Rice Pearls and toss to coat evenly; let sit.  Cook peas and carrots for 3 minutes in boiling water; drain. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add onion and cook 30 seconds.  Stir in veggies and push to the side.  Add egg and chop as it cooks. Stir in Rice Pearls, cook until hot then serve.
