2 bags Skinny Dip Fettuccini
1 lb frozen meatballs (beef only without rice)
3/4 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup canned beef broth or water
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon diet margarine
garlic salt & pepper
In a small saucepan mix together both soup, beef broth and sour cream. Stir in the meatballs and simmer until heated through (or use a crockpot
and let it cook 4 hours on LOW.
Drain, rinse and boil the noodles for 1 minute. Drain noodles again and dab with paper wells to dry. Melt margarine in a medium saucepan and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Add noodles, toss to coat and simmer on low 5 minutes. Arrange noodles on plates and top with meatballs & sauce.
