1 cup Newman’s Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Ginger

Microwave each frozen chicken breast for 6 minutes on 30% power. While chicken is microwaving, empty 1 bag Skinny Dip Noodles into a colander in the sink. Rinse noodles well for 1-2 minutes. Dry off on paper towels. Put on a microwave plate. When both chicken breasts are done microwaving, put plated Skinny Dip Noodles in microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
Put 7-8 oz of Newman's Own Sesame Ginger Dressing
in a microwave bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Cut up chicken fillets into cubes. Put the Oriental veggies with 3 tablespoons water in a covered microwave bowl. Microwave for 9 minutes on high.
In 2 separate microwavable pasta bowls put 2.5 oz cooked chicken fillet, 2.6 oz Skinny Dip Angel Hair, 3.5 oz sesame ginger salad dressing and 7.5 oz Oriental Blend veggies. Mix well. Microwave each bowl for another 1 minute 30 seconds and serve.
