Skinny Dip Steak RiceServes 4

1 lb boneless chuck steak
2 bags Skinny Dip Rice Pearls
1 cup chunky salsa 
1 cup frozen bell peppers & onions
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, minced (optional but yummy for heat!)
1 cup beer or beef broth
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
.
Mix broth (or beer), salsa, cumin, salt and garlic in a slow cooker. Cut steak into 4 pieces, add to the slow cooker and spoon liquid over the top. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Stir in bell pepper, onions and Rice Pearls. Increase heat to HIGH and cook 15 minutes or until veggies are tender and serve. .
