Healthy Mom Noodle BowlServes 4
2 bags Skinny Dip Angel Hair, or any shape
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
1 1/2 cups frozen California veggies  (broccoli, peppers, carrots)
1/4 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pkt Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff seasoning packet
1 cup chicken broth or water
1/3 cup light sour cream
seasoned salt & pepper to taste
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook turkey, onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Stir in stroganoff mix, water and sour cream.  Drain & rinse noodles and add to the skillet. Add veggies, cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover and cook 3-5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. .Check seasoning and serve.
Tip: You can use any stroganoff seasoning mix (check next to the gravy packets).
