1 bag Skinny Dip 0 Carb Rice Pearls
1 cup cream
3/4 cup water
1 small pkg Sugar Free White Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 pkts Splenda or Equal
3 tablespoons Davinci Sugar Free White Chocolate Syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Adding rice pearls stretches this dessert to make 2 more servings with less calories, carbs and fat grams! Drain, rinse and boil rice pearls for 1 minute. Drain again and stir together rice pearls and sugar free syrup in a bowl.
In a bowl whisk together cream, water, Splenda, vanilla and a pinch of salt until well blended. Whisk in pudding mix. Stir in rice pearls and spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Chill until firm, dust with nutmeg and serve.
