1 bag No Calorie Skinny Dip Noodles Fettuccini
6 oz raw peeled shrimp
8 broccoli florets, halved
1 rib celery, sliced thin
1/2 carrot, sliced very thin
1/8 cup sliced green onion
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
lime juice (optional)

Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet. Add ginger and cook 30 seconds then add soy sauce. Add broccoli, celery, and carrot. Stir fry over high heat 3 minutes then push to the side. Add shrimp and cook on high until golden brown on each side. Stir in noodles, green onion and pepper flakes. Cook 2 minutes until hot, then serve.
