Skinny Dip Cincinnati ChiliServes 2

1 bag Skinny Dip Angel Hair
1 1/4 cup Hormel Turkey Chili No Beans OR
1 1/4 cup homemade no bean turkey chili
1/2 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons minced onion
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
3 tablespoons water
garlic salt & pepper to taste

Drain, rinse and boil noodles for 1 minute. Drain again and dab with paper towels to dry very well. Heat chili, onion, garlic and water in a medium nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add noodles and toss to coat. Season with garlic salt & pepper. Cook 5 minutes until hot and spoon into a bowl.  Top with Cheddar and microwave 10 seconds to melt cheese.

Tip:  Canned chili contains starch thickeners. Use homemade chili w/o beans for less carbs.
