Skinny Dip 0 Carb BreadMakes 12 rolls .

6 egg separated, plus 2 egg whites 
1 scoop unflavored 0 carb protein powder
6 tablespoons lowfat cottage cheese 
1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar 
1 teaspoon baking powder (1 1/2 tsp at high altitudes)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or dried herbs (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 300 F with racks in the middle and bottom third. Separate eggs and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. .

Put all egg whites in a metal bowl and whip at high speed. When beginning to foam add cream of tartar and whip until stiff (won't fall out when you turn the bowl upside down). .

Put remaining ingredients (including yolks) in a Magic Bullet and mix until smooth. Add this mixture a tablespoon at a time to the whites and fold carefully until incorporated. Don't deflate the egg whites. .

Place 6 mounds on each cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes, rotating cookie sheets after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack to cool completely before storing. Wrap individually before freezing to prevent sticking together. .

0 Carb Garlic Bread:  Split a Skinny Dip bread roll in half, spread lightly with diet margarine and sprinkle with garlic powder.  Heat a nonstick skillet or table grill to HOT and grill bread face down 30-60 seconds until golden brown then serve!

1 Carb Grilled Cheese Sandwich:  Split a roll in half and coat insides lightly with diet margarine.  Add a slice of cheese to the outside part and press together so the inside becomes the flat outside.  Heat a nonstick skillet to HOT and grill sandwich face down on each side 60-90 seconds or until golden brown and serve!

Cinnamon Rolls:  Add 4 packets Splenda and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the egg whites before whipping. Skip garlic powder and pepper.  
 
Garlic Herb Rolls:  Add 1 teaspoon dried herbs (rosemary, thyme or oregano are good) and include garlic powder and pepper.  Delicious grilled or for sandwiches.
