1 Pan Creamy Chicken & NoodlesServes 4

2 bags Skinny Dip Fettuccini, or any shape
2 6-oz boneless chicken breasts, no skin
1 cup Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (no milk added)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup low fat milk OR
1/4 cup cream + 1/4 cup water (lower carbs)
2 tablespoons diet margarine
salt, pepper & garlic powder
Drain, rinse and boil noodles for 1 minute.  Drain again and dab with paper towels to dry well. 
In a medium bowl whisk together soup, Parmesan, milk and spices.  Add noodles and toss to coat well.  Let sit while you cook the chicken.
Sprinkle chicken generously on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Cut into 1" cubes. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet.  Add chicken and cook until golden; about 5-7 minutes.  
Add fettuccini mixture and broccoli, toss to coat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
