Diabetic Chicken Fajita Pasta with Skinny Dip NoodlesServes 2

1 bag Skinny Dip 0 Carb Noodles, any shape
6 oz skinless chicken breast, cubed
1/2 bell pepper, sliced thin
1/4 red onion, sliced thin
1 Italian tomato, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream 
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Rinse and drain noodles; let sit. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Coat chicken with cooking spray and sprinkle with pepper. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper to skillet. Cook 1 minute while stirring, then place on a plate. Add chicken broth, cream, sriracha, chili powder and cumin to skillet and stir until smooth. Add veggies back to skillet, then stir in chicken and noodles. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
