8 Carb Deep Dish Chicken Alfredo Lasagna with Skinny Dip Noodles PastaServes 6
2 bags Skinny Dip No Calorie Lasagna Noodles
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
6 oz lowfat cream cheese, softened
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, thinly sliced
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained & diced fine
1/3 cup minced sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat 9x9" baking dish with cooking spray or Misto oil sprayer. In a bowl mix chicken, artichokes, tomato and basil, then stir in half of mozzarella.

In another bowl add cream cheese, milk, Parmesan, garlic powder and pepper. Beat with a mixer until blended. Add half of cream cheese mixture to chicken. Spread half of remaining cream cheese on bottom of baking dish.

Cover bottom of baking dish with noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken twice. Top with remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture and mozzarella. Cover with foil.

Bake 30 minutes or until hot. Let stand 5 minutes, then slice into 6 pieces and serve.
