1 bag No Calorie Skinny Dip Noodles Fettuccini
1/2 cup cubed lite silken firm tofu
1 cup fresh baby spinach
2 medium mushrooms, sliced
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon miso paste

1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 lime, cut in half.
Dyan says this recipe makes quite a bit of broth, so we figured the nutrition info for 2 servings. Mix chicken broth, miso paste, ginger, cilantro and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Rinse the Skinny Dip Noodles and add to broth. Stir in spinach. Boil for 3 minutes. Squeeze in juice of 1/2 lime and serve..
