2 bags 0 Calorie Skinny Dip Noodles
2 6-oz cooked chicken breasts, cubed
4 slices thin cut bacon, diced
1 cup small broccoli florets, sliced in half
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper

This easy recipe is delicious hot or perfect chilled as salad. Rinse noodles and drain. In a medium nonstick skillet add bacon and cook until halfway done. Add garlic and chicken. Cook until bacon is crispy.

Meanwhile in a small saucepan mix water, cream, Tabasco, Parmesan and pepper. Cook until smooth, then add mozzarella and stir until melted. Add to skillet and stir in brocoli. Cover, cook 5 minutes and serve.
