Gluten Free Chicken Noodle SoupServes 4

1 bag Skinny Dip Angel Hair, or any shape
6 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed
3 cups gluten free chicken stock
2 ribs celery, sliced
2 cups raw spinach, chopped
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 carrot, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Heat oil in a large saucepan.  Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.  Add chicken stock, carrots, celery, carrot and pepper flakes.  Add 3 cups water if using broth granules.  Add rinsed noodles, cook 15 minutes, then serve.
