0 Carb Ramen SoupMakes 2 Servings

1 bag Skinny Dip Angel Hair
10 oz can beef or chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
sliced green onion or jalapeno (optional)

You'll come close to Cup of Noodles with this recipe!  Drain and rinse noodles. Pour into a saucepan, then add broth and garlic powder.  Bring noodles to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.  Garnish with sliced green onion or if desired and serve.  Even better with a sprinkle of white pepper if you have it.  

The ramen flavor is stronger if you let noodles sit overnight so they absorb the broth.  Save time and make a double batch to keep in the fridge for snacking during the week.  Just reheat for a few minutes and enjoy.
